WHY OUR COACHING
Our board-certified coaches are trained in natural ways to prevent, treat, and reverse heart disease and related conditions. We do not advocate taking prescription medications or the use of invasive surgeries. That makes us different from most health coaches. We are focused on reaching your goals and committed to you achieving improved health with a better quality of life.
HOW IT WORKS
Select a coaching package that is right for you.
You will be contacted via email by your assigned Natural Heart Doctor health coach to schedule your initial virtual meeting.
Initial session. We will review your medical history, your goals and objectives, your current lifestyle and eating preferences, and we will identify and outline your personal specific goals. We also get to know each other!
Future sessions. We assess our progress, answer questions, address any challenges or problems, provide additional education and resources, provide accountability, and fully support you on your health and wellness journey.
After each session, you will receive detailed meeting notes with recommended action steps, articles, recipes and handouts.
All plans include:

That is what Natural Heart Doctor coaches do. They make sure our health is on track for the 100 Year Heart. Using our methods of Eat Well, Live Well, Think Well along with Test, Don’t Guess, evidence-based supplement and “biohacking strategies, the NHD coaches are the perfect guides.
All of our coaches are certified from select training programs. They have worked with clients/patients for years and know how to keep you happy and healthy. Finally, they are trained by the doctors at Natural Heart Doctor and work closely with them on patient care.
