What do you like to do in your free time?
I spend my free time with my fiancé (a chef- we love good Paleo meals), our English creme golden retriever, and my family. We all live close to one another, so we often get together for dinners filled with good food and games. I love road trip adventures, daily sunshine, reading new books, and walking with my dog.
What do you like most about working with Natural Heart Doctor?
My favorite aspect of working for NHD is working with patients and giving them hope. So many patients tell me the best gift they get when they come to NHD is hope, something not given with conventional medicine. Hope to heal naturally without pills or procedures. Once they have hope that their body can heal, they can tackle root cause issues, put the work in, and finally get well.

I love spending time with my family and friends. I have two adult children that still keep me very busy. I enjoy reading and learning new things in the holistic world and cooking with my husband every night. We love taking daily walks with our mini Goldendoodle, working outside in our garden in the summer, and spending time on the beach or in the mountains — anything to get as much sunshine as possible.

Most of my free time is happily spent with my four children and husband. What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I love to read, spend time outside hiking, camping, and canoeing. I also adore traveling and practicing my foreign language skills. I live in the country with creeks, ravines, bluffs, and caves – my son and I like to go on outdoor adventures! I’m also obsessed with yoga and love to dance.
What do you like most about working with Natural Heart Doctor?
I love working with a team in a clinical setting that truly understands holistic health and practices medicine from this perspective. Everyone here walks the walk, and lives what they recommend to people that work with us. I love talking to people all over the country and world, and offering them hope and a different (and more logical) path toward true health. Being a health coach is a very fulfilling job and a daily mirror of natural, healthy ways of living.
