Our services are not covered by insurance, as most of our services are considered above the standard of care and therefore elective as far as insurance is concerned. We will provide a superbill for in-person visits for possible reimbursement from insurance. We cannot offer superbills to Medicare patients or remote clients.
Our health coaching services are also not covered by insurance, as health coaching is also considered above the standard of care and elective as far as insurance is concerned.
If you have an HSA/FSA account and are a patient of our practice, you can use your HSA/FSA cards to pay for our services or any supplements specifically prescribed to you in records from your visits. Call our office directly or pay in person, as our website cannot accept these payment forms.
Lab services offered online are self-pay only. We provide a service bill.
Kits will arrive in the mail within 5-7 business days. Our medical coordinator will email instructions and lab locations closest to you. Once blood is drawn and the kits are shipped back to the lab, it takes about three weeks for the results to reach our office. You will be scheduled for a complimentary health coach review once our results are ready.
Yes. Our practitioners are trained in holistic primary care practices. However, you must visit the clinic at least once per year to be your primary doctor. We are NOT an emergency or urgent clinic and do not take emergency calls. Visit Urgent Care or ER if you are experiencing a health emergency.
Products are hand-selected by Dr. Wolfson. They are all therapeutic grade and contain exactly what the label says (something the FDA does not check on in the supplement industry). All products are third-party tested for this reason. We support the effectiveness of each supplement and re-check labs on our patients and clients yearly to check for progress and improvements from supplement protocols.
