2. Click Manage Subscriptions
3. Click the Address & Payment details tab
4. Click Edit your details
5. In this popup, you can update your details and select Save changes to confirm.

Skipping your next order will skip all subscriptions within the order.

3. In the View your next order tab, click Skip
   
4. Confirm your changes by clicking Yes, skip this order.

4. Select the item to pause
5. Scroll to the bottom, click Cancel subscription and the pause options will be displayed
   
6. Select how long you want to pause your subscription for and click Pause subscription.

4. Click Edit next to the card to update
5. A Pop-up will open
6. Select Send edit payment link
7. You will immediately receive an email from Natural Heart Doctor Shop
8. Click the link to View payment information
9. Enter all card information including the billing address
10. Click Update card
11. To confirm you were successful, you will see a note in green at the top “Your payment details have been updated successfully.”

3. In the Address & payment details tab click Manage addresses
4. Click Edit next to the address to change
5. Make the changes needed
6. Click Save changes

4. Select the item to cancel
5. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel subscription
   
6. You will be given the option to pause instead. Click Cancel subscription
7. Tell us why you are cancelling (optional) and click Next
8. Leave a note if you would like (optional) and click Cancel subscription
9. Your item will be moved to the Inactive items list

1. At the top right side of the screen click MY ACCOUNT
2. On the password line, click Forget Password?
3. On the next screen enter your account email address and click RECOVER
4. You should see “We have sent you an email with instructions to reset your password.” In green
5. Please check your email and follow the directions to reset your password
6. If you do not see the email within few minutes, please check your SPAM or promotions folders

3. In the View your next order tab, click Send now
   
4. Select Send this order nowto confirm

After an order is processed, the next charge date for the subscription items in the order get recalculated based on that subscription’s frequency. For example, if the subscription gets delivered every month and is processed on January 1^st, the next order will be processed on February 1st.

3. In the View your next order tab, click Reschedule
4. Select your new order date
5. Click Save changes to confirm

If you have other orders scheduled in the future, these will be shown on the calendar with a box around the date. To help us keep our shipping costs low, please try to keep as many items shipping together as possible.

6. Select Reschedule to select a new ship date

5. Select Swap this for a different product
   
6. Use the Search products box to quickly locate the item to swap
   
7. Select Swap under the item to swap
   
8. Confirm the quantity and frequency
9. Click Swap product

1. At check-out, before making your payment, select Pick-up in store
2. You will be contacted via email when your order is ready to pick up
